We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Chinese-speaking Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Description: As a Chinese-speaking Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing and selling AT&T plans and cell phone accessories to customers who prefer to communicate in Chinese. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate AT&T plans and features in Chinese to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customers' requirements, ensuring they have the right plan and accessories for their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Stay up to date with the latest AT&T products, promotions, and plans to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals, demonstrating a strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of AT&T products, plans, and services is preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary in the range of $40,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
- Bonus pay and commission structure based on sales performance.
